About Rachel Stone, Transformational Leadership Coach

Become an Even Better Leader – all coaches are leaders, but not all leaders are coaches, yet!

Passionate about growing business through expert leadership - Rachel’s experience across a variety of sectors in business comes through in her ability to offer you a different perspective when facing business challenges. She is down to earth and insightful. Her practical approach when looking at issues cuts through the fog and hits at the heart of the matter with clarity. Practical and straightforward - Rachel likes to see things through and imparts this determination to her clients. She looks at issues with the outcome in mind – which gives you that structure to see your vision and guides you towards it.

Rachel is engaging and challenging (in a good way). She creates movement and action.

Enjoys life and loves people - Rachel’s deep understanding of the power of beliefs underpinning behaviours drives her ability to help you resolve the common challenges surrounding people and performance. She is all about transformational leadership.

Business Experience - Building on her experience in the electronics industry as a commercial buyer, then a retail manager for Safeways PLC, she needed to change track to become main financial provider, as her husband became seriously ill, just as she settled to raise a family. She studied for her Business Degree and PGCE whilst raising 2 children, working part-time and supporting her husband.

She taught Business Studies at all levels and age groups, whilst progressing quickly to Senior Manager roles, but it was always her ambition to apply her business knowledge and experience in the real business world. In 2012 she qualified as a Business Coach in her spare time and began working with business owners and leaders.
