If for any reason you're dissastified with the quality of your videos and keep thinking that youtube keeps screwing up your video quality, just follow these instructions to get the best possible quality EVARR.

There are other High Definition settings that you can get, but 1080p is simply the best.
notes:
Rendering is pretty long, but file sizes are pretty much the same as other HD settings.
-m2ts file type probably isn't playable on windows media player, but it is on Nero.

these settings are not recommended if
-you're not using a screencam (hypercam2, camtasia, fraps, etc)
you're not using an HD camera
This setting is good for MMVs because most of the things you edit with in Sony Vegas is either screen recorded or computer generated (text, borders, fx, etc).
