⚡ THE PROCESS (follow along)
1. In your sub-account, click Settings (bottom-left)
2. Go to Phone System → Voice → Voicemail & Missed Call Text Back
3. In the side panel, click Missed Call Text Back
4. Check the box to Enable Missed Call Text Back
5. Click Customize and type your message in the "Enter message" field
6. Use the custom-value icon to insert the contact's first name (note: only fills for known contacts)
7. Add an opt-out line ("Reply STOP to opt out")
8. Set the Incoming Call Timeout slider (10–20 seconds recommended)
9. Send a test message to your number, review it, then click Save
10. TEST IT LIVE — call the number, let it ring out, confirm the text arrives
