This 1-second NPS tester, as a MIDI might be a lot even more repetitive for 30720 PPQN and 15.360 BPM. Also, both the base MIDI and the 1-second NPS tester were made by me.

MIDI information (Copied from UMP 1.6β3):
Basic diagnosis:
File size: 60.01 MiB (So close and a little bit overshot to 60.00 MiB, but it calculates different as 61.44 MB and 61.447 KB.)
Resolution (PPQN): 30.720 (Exported audio with 2048 voices!)
Tracks: 18
Notes: 7.864.320 (The moment of maximum NPS says it all!)
Memory to open: 330.00 MiB (Exactly the same thing, but it's even closer than the file size.)
Duration: 1.000 (Copied from KMC, and in UMP 1.6β3, it saves 1 millisecond, resulting and calculating as 0.999 seconds or 999 milliseconds. That was too close to 1 second for my base MIDI!)
Tempo (BPM): 120,00~15.360,98 (15.360,00 BPM, if it's configured with Domino.)
Black MIDI diagnosis:
Moment of maximum NPS: 7.864.320 (Same thing as the note counter, eh?)
Overlapping notes: 7.864.192~7.864.200 (What's the difference between 128 notes and 120 notes?)
Video was rendered with UMP 1.6β3.
