Why is a Time Shift also a Phase Rotation in Frequency?

Explains the Fourier Transform property that relates the time-shift of a signal (in the time domain) to the frequency-rotation that occurs in the frequency domain - using graphical waveform examples.

* Note that there is a minor "typo" in the equation. The exponential should include the complex variable "i".
