A guide to losing $6.9M USD. How a 14M $ADA Mistake Broke $USDA on Cardano

A dormant wallet holding around 14.4 million ADA tried to swap everything into USDA on Minswap. Because the USDA–ADA pool had very limited liquidity, the trader suffered extreme price impact and walked away with only about 848,000 USDA instead of the ~6 million USD value they were expecting.
