Human Torch Burn/flame effect - Adobe Photoshop Tutorial #3
This is the quickest and simply way to achieve flame effect in Photoshop (from 2014 version). Look not that great but is quick. Go to Pen Tool, change to draw Path, draw Path on the photo or raster layer, go to Filter - Render - Flame and make your effect. Alternatives for this technique is paint flames step by step or use flames from other photo and merge with the project that you work at.
