Introducing Suidae Piggicus:
Suidae Piggicus is an Alien/Behemoth variant of Pigge based on Poogie from the Monster Hunter series. It has 980,000 HP, 2 KBs, 200 range, and 4500 damage. It also has a 20% chance to Freeze for 2 sec and is immune to Slow and KB. Piggicus is a lot different from the usual Behemoths we’ve been getting recently. Instead of a huge boss, it’s intended as a beefy wall that can be spammed more often. While the idea is great, at the end of the day it’s just a really weak enemy that can be shredded by Courier.
This stage features all of the lower tier Behemoth enemies: Wild Doge, Ragin Gory, Ariant, and the newly added Piggicus. Additionally, Celeboodle is there to exist and Zollow is spawned periodically to annoy you. The stage isn’t difficult in any way, just sometimes annoying. Chief is very good at handling the Ariants and Zollows while Courier can just deal with the rest. There is a wave of 3 Piggicus, so Seafarer is recommended to keep it in check.
This stage has the same stone drops as 11-13
If this is your 40th Behemoth Culling stage clear, you’ll also unlock Ancient Egg N108 from missions, who also happens to be the first egg in the Super Rare category. It costs 12 Blue/Green stones and 3 Yellow stones to evolve.
Once evolved, Ancient Egg N108 becomes Soap Cat. At level 30, Soap Cat has 59,500 HP, 1 KB, 25 speed, 130 range, and 1700 damage. It costs 1200 to summon and has a 10 sec cooldown. It is also Resistant vs Alien and has a 30% chance to Weaken them to 50% power for 5 sec (6 with treasures) and has Behemoth Slayer and Immunity to Slow. Soap is best described as an anti-Alien Roe Cat and that title is not wasted on Soap. Even at level 30, Soap has a staggering 297,500 effective HP vs Aliens (with treasures) before even adding in Weaken or Behemoth Slayer. Boost Soap to level 50 and its base HP becomes 94,500 and its baseline effective HP vs Alien becomes 472,700. Add in Weaken and that becomes 945,000 HP. Soap is an absurdly strong tank and will crush most Alien stages. Its high base HP even allows it to not be entirely useless on stages with mixed peons. Boosting Soap up is a fantastic choice and allows it to crush Alien even harder than it already does. Its only weakness vs Alien is its lack of Warp Immunity, leaving it ineffective as a tank for certain Star Alien enemies. It’s also a SR unit, making it the first egg unit to be unusable in 4-star restrictions.
As a Behemoth Slayer, Soap also performs spectacularly, though it needs to be boosted to be particularly effective against non-Alien Behemoths. At level 50, Soap has an effective 157,500 HP vs non-Alien Behemoths and 787,000 vs Alien Behemoths. As of now, all Alien Behemoths are also vulnerable to Weaken, making Soap instead have a ridiculous 1,575,000 HP vs them. This is over 600,000 effective HP more than a level 50 Gravolodon for example, and this is a 10 sec cooldown unit! Of course, Alien Behemoths are not terribly common and Piggicus is hardly a threat to anything, but should Scissorex become a major problem, Soap is a HARD counter to it. Additionally, Soap is the core unit for fighting Xenobeast Bunaglios on equal ground. As for other Behemoths, the HP is actually very respectable for tanking hits given Soap’s low cooldown, being able to take several hits from every Behemoth in the game except Ariant. This is especially important when dealing with the dreaded Wild Doge since being able to stall it in any capacity is a godsend. Overall, Soap is a unit to immediately evolve and boost for its extreme specialist capabilities.
