Arch Linux, OpenBox, and SLIM on VirtualBox VM Part 3 (Final)
In this final video we add some GUI configuration tools to OpenBox, and do some simple configuration. We are trying to stay away form the command m line as much as possible. However some terminal use is required for initial configuration.
We also install the Slim Display manager, as well as some themes. We walk through the easiest way to get Slim working, as well as how to change Slim themes.
With the conclusion of this series we have created a light weight GUI experience that runs very fast. While not as blotted as most desktops, we have tried to include sufficient features to make most people feel comfortable using it.
