Motor cultivator Iron Angel GT06 (assembly, refueling, launch)
The Iron Angel GT06 motor-cultivator is a middle-class cultivator designed for cultivating a plot of land ranging from 3 to 10 acres. This is the most inexpensive motor cultivator in this class. The cultivator has small dimensions, so it can be easily transported in the trunk of a car. The procedure for assembling a motor cultivator:
Remove the cultivator with the mounting frame from the shipping box;
Fill transmission oil, type "TAD-17", into the gearbox housing to the level of the oil filler hole;
Screw the cover to the gearbox housing with four bolts, securing the tension roller cable clamp to the front two bolts;
Attach the base of the gear shift lever to the support and main gear selection rod;
Fix the protective frame of the gear shift lever on the gearbox housing;
Secure the steering wheel of the motor cultivator to the gearbox cover with a bolted connection;
Secure the tension roller spring in the clutch cable coupling;
Connect the ignition switch wire connectors;
Install the stop strips of the protective wings of the cutters on the cultivator body;
Assemble the motor-cultivator cutters with bolted connections;
Disconnect the motor-cultivator body from the mounting frame and install the cutters on the gearbox shaft;
Install the transport wheel on the frame of the motor cultivator;
Connect the coulter to the motor cultivator using a rotary rod;
Screw the front carrying handle to the cultivator frame;
Mount the protective wings of the cutters on the stop plates;
Adjust the cable of the tension roller of the gearbox belt drive;
Mount the protective cover on the drive belt;
Fill the engine crankcase, through the oil filler hole, with 0.6 liters of SAE 10W30 or SAE 10W40 engine oil;
Pour 50 milliliters of engine oil into the air filter housing;
Fill the cultivator’s fuel tank with 3.5 liters of gasoline, grade no lower than A-92.
Open the fuel valve, close the air damper and start the cultivator engine with a manual starter.
The running-in time for the engine and gearbox of this motor-cultivator is 24 hours. After this, it is necessary to replace the engine and transmission oil.
