Surrender Your Body or Go Home Both Endings - Cyberpunk 2077
After removing the Johnny construct from V's head, Takemura visits her and tells her that her body is no longer suitable for her and she will die in six months, Takemura asks V to sign the secure you soul program until they find a suitable body for her or you can leave the Arasaks space station and return to earth to live the rest of her life.
I am posting both choices that i made during this quest in this video.
