why never to buy
This is a personal experience of cartier bracelet(s) and their poor customer service . when we ordered two love braclets not in a million years we expected this compnay to fail in both quality and customer service. This company has not lived up to what they called out to be. And we are stuck with a deffective braclets. The cartier denies their deffective product because it has a minor scratch during we were trying to Install it using the screw they provided. The fact their tool was used to screw in the product and its poor design scratches the braclet, and since it has a minor scratch, they refuse to exchange or even fix the deffective product. $14,900.00 is what we paid and we returned the product in less than two weeks of recieving and they have used every excuse to not make it right. The fact they can't stand beside a product they make nor a tool they provide to install the braclets, shows their lack of integrity of their product. Once they charge your credit card, you are done. They will not honor even their one month warranty.
Go to a local jeweler and buy a product that is truly quality and has customer service and not over priced or in Ny their are many jewellers that make replica of love bracelts that is real gold and is better quality. Really think about the aftermath of how #cartier operates on over priced , mediocre products that has no customer service.
