Controller Sensitivity on PCSX2
In the video I'm showing 143%/70% for 100.1%. If you use 133%/100% (default) movement will be twitchy as you are feeding the game more input than it needs to reach a 100% turn. It's still twitchy at 100%/100% because the threshold/range/whatever you want to call it isn't wide enough for new controllers. Setting it this way makes everything feel much better.
