How to Turn On Gemini for users from the Google Admin consel
Gemini, previously known as Bard, isn't directly enabled or disabled through the Google Admin console. It's considered an "additional service" within Google Workspace. Here's how you can control access to Gemini for your organization:
1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.
2. Navigate to Apps - Additional Google services.
3. Scroll down to find the Service status section.
From here, you can choose to enable or disable Gemini for everyone in your organization:
Click On for everyone to grant access to all users.
Click Off for everyone to restrict access.
Remember to click Save to confirm your changes.
There isn't an option to enable Gemini for specific users at this time. It's an all-or-nothing approach through the Admin console.
