There are three ways to fix this problem (this method is only available for genuine, licensed versions of Windows 10):
First, enter the Choose an option function and press F11 to boot.

Method 1: Use the Startup Repair function.
*** For those who cannot type English, switch languages by pressing ~ or Ctrl + Shift or Left Alt + Shift.

Method 2: Use the command prompt:
Bootrec /fixmbr and press Enter
Bootrec /fixboot and press Enter
Bootrec /scanos and press Enter
Bootrec /rebuildbcd and press Enter
Then type C: and press Enter
Then type cd windows\system32 and press Enter.
Note that it should be in C:\Windows\system32 (if it doesn't appear, then it's the drive you installed it on). Windows is not the C drive. Try changing it to another drive.

Then type shutdown /r /f /t 0 and press Enter.

Method 3: Use the following command:
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=C:\ /offwindir=C:\Windows and press Enter.
Then type chkdsk C: /f and wait for the computer to restart.
If it doesn't restart, type shutdown /r /f /t 0 and press Enter (type zero and then press Enter).
