Generating the flow path of a turbomachine can be an automatic process or a manual process. Using Ansys BladeGen or Vista RTD helps us for designing the radial turbine from scratch. On the other hand, the manual method helps the designers to investigate their CAD model numerically. This tutorial shows the 2 methods. Also the method is available for a centrifugal compressor but with slight differences in the boundary conditions.
