Fancy a simple gift box without gluing? In this video, I'll show you step by step how to make a traditional Japanese Masu gift box. It's really easy, and the finished box can be decorated to your heart's content, including the inside, with lots of love and with the recipient in mind. For example, with the SU PP HAPPY FIR TREES. The gift box is perfect for giving small treasures; it also makes a great jewelry box.
Even if you haven't folded an origami model before, you'll definitely succeed following my tutorial. You need square paper; the size doesn't matter. You can also use wrapping paper. Or music paper or book pages.
