As summer winds to a close, our staff harvests the fruit from the Gentleman’s Orchard and the Family Orchard in the Garden. With more than 500 trees, the job takes many hands! We use the fruit from the orchards to create beautiful displays, donate to local food banks, and make fruit butter and cider.
