Installing SQL 2016 June 1 2016 (Old Version)
This video will walk you through the process of downloading and installing SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Sql Server Management Studio, and the Sql Server Data Tools. All of these are for SQL Server 2016's Evaluation edition as of its release date of June 1 2016.
Key Points:
- Choose Database engine, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, and Client tools
- Don't forget to use the Add Current User button
- Management Studio is now a separate install
- Sql Server Data tools are also a separate install, but include the BI tools now.
