so, this is not going to be a fun one. In the context of recent discussions, I wanted to talk about times in my own life when my boundaries have been crossed or consent violated while in rope. I hope these stories illustrate how these things play out "in the wild" and why I am so passionate about better education around bondage. Because none of the tops I played with offered me any!
also for the record the top I mention in the first story earlier on in my time in the rope community, retired several years ago and moved across the country. Also since this happened outside of any organized play venue there's nothing much that could be done about it anyway even if I had spoken on it at the time. Especially compared to the testimony of dozens of happy models / bunnies / bottoms.
