There are several 24V sensors on the market, typically used in PLCs, that can be integrated with the Arduino. However, the problem is the 24V voltage, as the Arduino works with 5V. This isn't a problem if you use the PC817 board, which completely isolates these voltages, providing very safe use. Check it out.
