Beginners have a lot of struggle in making poses
A lot of students also complain about getting confused with rigs
With that confusion they try to make the pose look like the reference
But while they start animating, things don't move the way they should be
The fact is, its not about how well you pose visually - Its about How you pose it!
That means, at the end the transition of animation has to look good not only the poses
