Valenvaryon Propylon Index - Master Index Walkthrough (TES III Morrowind: MI)

All the Propylon Indices are in the same locations, no matter whether you have the plugin or not, however, without the plugin you cannot do the quest and you cannot receive the Master Propylon Index at the end.
You start the Master Index Quest by talking to Folms Mirel, the steward of Caldera Mages Guild, about work. Valenvaryon Propylon Index is located in a basket in the tent of the Urshilaku Wise Woman, Nibani Maesa. I strongly recommend just buying it though, as it's less expensive than all the other Indices and Nibani is not someone you want to anger.
You get 500 gold per every index you turn in. Next will be the Indoranyon Propylon Index.
