Welcome friends to day 9 of the flow challenge, today we have slow and restorative yoga flow giving you plenty of time to work into each pose.
Join Momentum Flow 👉 https://join.charliefollows.com/c/mom...
Rather than rushing from one shape to the next, you’re invited to take your time. To settle into each pose, allow space for reflection, and let the nervous system ease. This slower pace helps create a sense of steadiness and balance, especially if the past few days have felt more active or demanding.
Use this practice as a moment to reset. To breathe, to check in, and to give yourself permission to move gently. Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do for ourselves is slow down and simply be present.
I hope you enjoy day 9 of the flow challenge.
With love,
Charlie x
