Freckles splattered on pale skin, a map of all the wrong turns. They didn’t ask for it, this cursed hue, but there they are, outcasts in a society that worships tan and gold. Every insult's a punch, every joke a knife in the back. But they keep walking, heads down, eyes sharp, knowing they’ll never be accepted, but they sure as hell won’t be broken. Life’s a cheap shot, and everyone has their breaking point.
