ServiceNow - Share Article Widget
Nice widget for UI/Console and Service Portal to share Knowledge Articles via email notification. Totally compatible with most recent ServiceNow releases.
Features:
Copy the article's URL
Choose multiple users from [sys_user] table
Delete users from the bucket list
May include a custom message (this is simple plain text)
Can select to share Portal or UI/Console URL (this requires a tweak if your - Portal is different than "sp")
IT sends an email notification to the users selected
