If you don’t use TOTAL, you’re almost certainly using a program separate from your formfiller to keep track of your billing, a program you have to keep updated separately from your reports, which is a hassle.
SmartFilters in TOTAL’s Appraisal Desktop gives you basic accounting data at a glance. It’s live, on by default, and is based on the invoice data already in your reports, so there’s no extra work to do.
