Using Captain Ginyu's Body Change in a 99% Combo....
Here is me using Captain Ginyu's Level 3 Body Change at the end of a 99% Combo. This is basically a ToD combo too because if you simply hold down Dragon Rush all the way and then Level 1 it'll kill or just Level 2 and it'll also kill.

Now I've done a few Body Change related combos in the past and this is definitely the closest ill ever be to a "Body Change ToD"
