Book Review | The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle, Haruki Murakami
-- NOTE: This book review does not contain plot spoilers, however I do mention the arrival and disappearance of certain characters. This is as much a review as it is a discussion, without giving anything away. You have been cryptically warned! --
This is my first and only Murakami, and it was a truly unique reading experience. I have never before been so violated and so pleased by a single story. Perhaps that's because it's a story of many eras, geographies, and characters.
Have you read this book? Help me understand!
