"Something to Ease Your Mind" dUg Pinnick, DEMO
One of my favorite of dUg's demos. The groove is infectious and bouncing plus this just fits dUg's philosophy to a T. Maybe it gets a little long but it is only a demo (idea). I love the bass line and feel of this tune.
This is from the demo collection I coined "The Evolution of Groove" (artwork and all) back in the day, this began circulating around 1998 or so from what I remember. Many of these demos became actual King's X or Poundhound songs but not all of them!
***Note about these demos... these are all dUg's personal demos he recorded everything on them, he sent them out to a few die hards decades ago and many of us traded them around (and took them for granted so I wanted to post them for those who never got the chance to hear them). Right not I am concentrating on the unreleased songs first, then I will get to the ones that were officially recorded/released as King's X songs or dUg solo project songs. My plan with those is to post the demo, the recorded version and a live version of each song (if I have it of course).
