I developed a fully 3D‑printed cyclone dust separator that is engineered to reach 99.95% efficiency.
This project is my ongoing quest to discover which design optimizations can push a fully 3D‑printed cyclone to outperform the widely used Oneida Air Super Dust Deputy 4/5 Cyclone in overall separation effectiveness, especially on hard‑to‑separate MDF dust.
