Text On Video Glitch Effect Updated - Vegas Pro 15
In this video we will create an updated version of the text glitch effect on video I created last year. In the original video I forgot to adjust the saturation to the video. When you create the glitch video it desaturates the video, you must compensate for that. This video does that.
