Ruffian nails using liquid latex
I find this to be a really easy way to get a great looking ruffian manicure. I don't get how people can do it with just the polish brush.
In this video I'm using Color4nails crystalline nail veil, but any type of liquid latex would do :)
The polishes in this video are OPI scores a Goal and YSL Eu de rose
