Personally, I see LonaRPG as somewhat of an "Open World" game, which isn't really meant to be speedrun. If you play the game like this, you are obviously missing out on a large majority of the contents, from the challenging combat, to interesting NPC dialogues and interactions.
That said, what I'm showing here should still help you make enough money to gear up, and then experience the rest of the game with relative ease! And as always, feel free to refer to my Steam guide whenever you are unsure about certain mechanics in the game.

Now, I am obviously not a speedrunner myself, and usually I just post random gameplay videos for fun. You can probably tell that this run is very unoptimised because it's literally my 2nd attempt. The 1st attempt failed because I didn't know you cannot board the ship when in debt. And as it turns out, you start making more mistakes when you are doing multiple runs in a row!
Being just a casual gamer, I say getting a sub-45 is good enough.
I think a sub-40 run is very possible too, just make sure to not make the same mistakes as I did here:
Save before checking the vendor's inventory each time
- Reload if he decides to sell you 5 fish instead of 500
Calculate the exact amount of Smoked Meat needed for 23~24 Gold Coin
- You can throw everything in the pot and the game will count for you
- Maybe you can even get Gold Coins directly from vendor, up to 10 each trade
Make sure you can enter Noer Town when you return
- Not having an ID means you either need to Bluff (10 WIS) or smuggle in (goblins!)
- You can buy a fake ID at the start, but it costs 10000p, may not save any time
