The glitch we perform at the start of the run is called One Life + (OL+ in short).
It works by creating a dead One Life file then creating another file in any difficulty. After saving on the spirit well, you proceed to reload once without game storage and once with game storage.
Game storage is another glitch where the game thinks you are in a game but you're actually in the main menu.
If you now load the dead One Life file, since there is no prologue skip, you'll start with all the skills and cells you would have during prologue if you had control. The game usually removes all extra skills and cells when finishing the prologue.
