CFD simulations about ECM Li - Ion battery, single cell & pack with & without cooling, Ansys Fluent
Thermal management is very important for Lithium Ion batteries to control their temperature. This video shows CFD simulations about single cell battery and a battery pack with and without cooling. Dual potential MSMD battery model was used in Ansys Fluent for the simulations. The battery is used for the electric vehicles EVs (Tesla and Jaguar), and many other electric applications.
