Happy Lunar New Year, Year of the Horse!
Lunar new year is a time of family gatherings and renewal. This year besides enjoying tea, I also made 發糕, prosperity cake, a traditional steamed rice cake.

I used less sugar as I was using sweetened soy milk but for those that enjoy a sweeter cake, a couple of tbsp more of sugar would be recommended.
