CYBERMINE shotcrete sprayer simulators are designed to teach operators the correct procedures and techniques for applying crete to mining tunnels. Correct application ensures tunnels are well formed, stabilised and sealed for a safer mining operation. Complex shotcrete sprayers are seen as ancillary but necessary. A complete training programme for this important part of the underground mining fleet is vital in order to ensure that a mine operates safely and productively.

CYBERMINE Mining Simulators are equipped with the same functionality as the OEM equipment and includes water scaling, water washing and crete spraying. Besides being taught how to drive the vehicle and operate the boom and nozzle joysticks, operators are trained and evaluated on crete spraying procedures and water scaling and washing techniques.
