Instron® Professional Services | Enhanced or Extended Speed and Displacement
Instron's standard speed calibration service includes a total of 3 speeds versus our enhanced or extended service which includes 5. These 5 speeds include 3 test speeds selected by you, as well as the minimum reasonable and maximum speed of your test system.
Our standard displacement calibration includes 5 points between 10% and 100% of the selected displacement, with a minimum starting point of 0.02 inches or a maximum displacement of 60 inches. Whereas, with our Enhanced or Extended Displacement calibration service, you can specify a range larger than 10 to 100%, with a starting point no smaller than 0.02 inches and calibration of 5 points per decade up to 100% of the range.
