First time Hula Hooping in a long time.
Picture it, Nova Scotia 11 yrs ago. A younger cooler Stacey was an incredible hula Hooper, destined for greatness. That is until one day, while on her new to her Harley Sportster 1200 ,coming home from work a car making a left turn hit me. Last year I had a hip scope where they removed tissue and repaired what they could. It helped a great deal, I have high hopes I will once again be an in shape and skilled Hooper.
