Soundodger 2: Disasterpeace – Outta Dodge (advanced/challenge) S+
The first level in the third wave of songs, and it's the Daisy Wheel successor I didn't know I needed!! I'm also just really happy to see Disasterpeace return.
This level was set as the first level in the list in the most recent music update, and I think that makes sense--where Seventeen & Something is dazzling you with all the new toys this game has to play with, Outta Dodge feels more like it's picking up where Soundodger+ left off. You still have new bullets and filters and such, but it feels sprinkled on top of what is mostly a familiar dodging experience. It definitely doesn't hold back though!
The challenge here is a fairly basic horizontal movement trial, which makes sense as a way to introduce the player to the idea of challenges.
