Spring SALAD FROM YOUNG CABBAGE. A simple and TASTY RECIPE with an AWESOME DRESSING
A juicy and tasty salad that you won’t have to fuss with for a long time. The salad is dressed with an unusual sauce made from boiled yolks. Fast, spicy and quite filling. This is a traditional recipe for young cabbage salad with cucumbers.

RECIPE:
Peking cabbage – 300 grams;
Carrots – 100 grams;
Apple – 150 grams;
Red onion – 50 grams;
Fresh parsley - 3 sprigs;
Vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp. spoons;
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoons;
Sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon;
Salt – 1 teaspoon.
PREPARATION:
1. Chop the cabbage with a knife.
2. Cut the onion thinly into half rings.
3. Grate the carrots and apple on a coarse grater.
4. Finely chop the greens with a knife.
5. Place cabbage, carrots and onions into a deep bowl. Lightly knead with your hand.
6. Add apple, herbs, sugar, salt, lemon juice and oil, mix everything well.
7. Let the salad sit for 5-7 minutes.
8. Transfer to a salad bowl and serve.
