How to Make the Most Tender Steak and Potato au Gratin for Valentines Day.

Ingredients

For the potato au gratin

5 Tbsp butter
1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1tsp salt
1/2 tbsp complete seasoning
Minced garlic
1 cup Gouda cheese
1 cup cheddar
3 lbs of potatoes

For the mushrooms sauce

Mushrooms
1 tsp Mince garlic
1 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Westchester sauce
1/2 cup Red wine
1 cup Beef broth
1/2 tsp of lemon pepper

For the Steak

Two Ribeye steak
Salt
Pepper
Avocado oil
Pressed garlic
Rosemary
Shallot, sliced
2 tbsp Butter
