Join Chef Bourque as he recreates a special meal his parents made for the kids years ago. This is a special dish made with chicken by the old farmers of Louisiana. Years ago it was a sin to kill a chicken, because they provided eggs for many meals. However, when the suckers quit laying the kids started smiling because they knew a sauce piquante was on the menu. Enjoy the video my friends and get to cooking.
