rename process:
vanilla:
Rename "timecyc.dat" to "timecycph.dat"
Rename "timecycp.dat" to "timecyc.dat"
Rename "timecycph.dat" to 'timecycp.dat"
modloader: (recommended for faster installation)
Create a folder in your modloader folder called "Timecyc Fix" or whatever you want.
Copy the timecycp.dat into this folder and rename it to timecyc.dat
