Kindle problem, not responding [Replaced]
UPDATE!!: I got a replacement before pickup after 4 months after first request. it happened on my 4th request. Thank you.
I bought my new kindle on March of this year 2017. after a couple of weeks it became like this. it happens while reading.Not a touch problem, because it begin to work after some times.
I have requested for replacement many times. still no pickup has been done.
