To Power up the Generator-
Press L1 + Square Buttons
To Connect the Wires-
The wiring doesn’t go all the way along the wall, and you can spot a small gap between two red lights. Aim your web shooters with L2 Button (Hold) & web shoot with R1 Button at each of the lights to conduct electricity along your webbing to fully power up the breaker.
