Toots & the Maytals - Bam Bam (Fan Video by Atomic)
Toots & the Maytals - Bam Bam music video. I searched for a video of this song and didn't find anything that was complete with good sound quality... So I decided I would put one together using various footage set to a digital audio track. The primary footage came from a live studio recording session by the group but the footage was only about 25 seconds long, So I broke the video down and set it to a digital version of the original release in 1966. I split the video into segments, adjusted the speed to match the recording, and then filled in the blank areas with early vintage stock footage from Jamaica.
I hope you enjoy this little musical gem from the era of 1st wave ska as much as I did putting it together.
