Weaker Pokémon Take Longer in Battles [Pokemon HeartGold Wide and Shallow Skill Challenge #4]

Pokemon HeartGold Wide and Shallow Move Challenge
1. My Pokémon can use any move I want.
2. However, once a move is used, it can never be used again in this save file.
3. Move usage is determined based on the move commanded directly.
Even if a status effect prevents it from being used, it is still counted as used if the command was given.
Continuous turn moves like Roll and Outrage can be used until the move ends.
Indirect moves like Finger Shake and Mimic are not counted.
4. No tools are allowed during battle.
5. No use of the Nursery.
