Do Workers Deserve A Second Chance?
I have seen a lot of comments on here recently about how "lazy employees are" or how "they keep f***ing up at their jobs" and here's the deal— a good boss leads with empathy.
I'm not saying you need to be a doormat for people to walk on, but it's worth giving your team the benefit of the doubt sometimes.
Treat people like you'd want to be treated. It's really that simple.
